"SFM is a startup company that is making the E-powertrain for EV cars. The company was founded by a traditional gas car maker in China. The upper managers are working in a very Chinese way but in the Bay area which causing a big culture conflict. We hired the best talents but they were all controlled by the Chinese team, no trust for them. The collaboration between China and the US needs to improve."
