"I have worked with Sentry Event Services for one year in September 2014. The job can keep you busy but pay is low, averaging $1 below other security work. Communication outside of events is weak. If there are changes that involve getting paid, or other paperwork you won't hear about it before it causes you hardship. Many opportunities to work you will never hear about - only special people get in on that. Many of the supervisors are cop wanna-be's and are very rude to employees and to fans. It is the power trip , Napoleon Complex. The uniforms are in bad shape many times and not enough in supply. But the best part of the job is the perks - Free Stuff. I'm not just talking about baseball and football games but actual free stuff. If you are working a gate and confiscate a pocket knife or alcohol or even money that dropped on the ground, when the gate closes - you and your workers at the gate get to keep it!"
