"Very Very long hours(avg 12-15 per day). No formal training . Mentors belittle new employees. Unprofessional. Big Language barriers as most employees are from Japan."

"Rethink the new hire strategy and the way new employees are treated. Be up front about the amount of time needed to finish a day of work."
