"Great Place, Great Community, Completely Inept Leadership"
What do you like about working at Name.com?
"Name.com is a fun place to work at. They have a great community where everyone knows your name, the office is beautiful with a great location, paid parking, and a fully stocked kitchen."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't interview like a pro, they will not want you, and if they sign you on a contract to hire they will not hire you at a proper conversion rate."
What don't you like about working at Name.com?
"Constant fire fighting mode, poor planing, schizophrenic management, lack of real world experience from every person working there.Name.com loves to hire people at 80% of the market rate. They want the best but lack the commitment and discipline to make the best. Their code is the worst mess I have ever scene and the state of it is in complete disarray. All knowledge is tribal and they simply do not have an experienced VP of Development and honestly that comes from the compensation level they hire at.This was one of the most stressful jobs I've had in years and the president, who is known as Gozar The Gozarian, is know to be out of his element. This is because he will pull you into his office and start raging for complexly random reasons concerning topics that are not his baileywick. This is probably because he only works 10 hours a week and spend 2 months a year in places like India.In conclusion, Name.com has a fun community, is super cheap, project management is constant firefighting, with a complete lack of vision, and a randomly wrathful maladroit president."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You get what you pay for. If you way to be a leader in Domain Registrars you need to start writhing some checks to get their. You are weighted down by your cut-rate attitude towards staff and it has wand will continue to lead toward diminished returns."

What do you like about working at WellTok?
"Cool Digs and they are located in a nice office in the center of Lodo, therefore there are a lot of places to eat for lunch."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't expect completive salary and don't expect any senior manager to know how a computer works."
What don't you like about working at WellTok?
"Upper management is inept and has killer politics of revolving chair leadership. Everyone including developers are treated as expendable and paid 10%-20% under the market rate. Management has a serious lack of expectation and scope creep. Development is constantly pressured to write junk code for nonsensical reasons. I doubt the viability for their model because they either don't have the money or don't think they need more developers. Honestly there are under 10 developers at Welltok and they need 50."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just may BS bingo with upper management and have some glitzy company on your resume and they will hire you."
What do you like about working at PRO U?
"Relaxed, non-corporate and fun with a zen-like boss that understands and appreciates LIFE and a CEO that understands the spirit of entrepreneurialism!"

"Be yourself, enjoy what you do and know your stuff!"
What don't you like about working at PRO U?
"It is in one large open space - sometimes it gets too noisy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on the designing stages more with the developer to reduce the development overhead."

"Fun place to be in, great coworkers, pretty good boss. The work flow is a lot, and demanding but I like that about the job."

"Nope, the place overall is very fun to be in, and I really enjoy my time here."
What don't you like about working at Graphic D-Signs?
"Not feeling entirely appreciated and what I bring to the table for the company. Also, I am the sole developer and need to spend a lot of time teaching, and that sets me back in my schedule."

"Expand on the development team, and hire ready to go employees who need less training, and aren't jack of all trades."

"Management can change the work schedule in day time only."

"The company has many project that is developed in CORE PHP It is the best place for a beginner to improve there skill ."

"Just one thing to say, where ever they they work, They should give there maximum for there company and always be honest."

"Same task in multiple project, that minimize scope of apply maximum skill level and learn new things."

"If the company bring variation in there working strategy and start working in some more platform if will be better to increase employees skill level."
