Submit a Review"I love the sense of accomplishment when applications are first delivered and when significant enhancements are put in place. Learning and using new technologies has always been important and for the first 10 years here, it was encouraged by management. In addition, I love the fact that I am allowed to work independently when it's appropriate. The department, however, is not what it was. I am of the opinion that new management have adapted the notion that experience and quality of work are no longer important; that a manager simply needs to keep informed of the latest white paper findings and then hire a consultant to implement the solution. The results are not surprising."
"I am not getting much focus for the learning and also at times feel like missing quality SharePoint projects."
