"Overall it's a vcery good company. Make sure the niche you are intending to fill is one that you want to be in. There was a little bit of a mismatch with my career goals and the role I fulfilled there."
What don't you like about working at Louis Berger Group?
"I wanted more buildings design work, rather than capital planning / maintenance and life-cycle studies type work"

"Marketing should target a broader range of professional structural services (at least in the Boston office)"

"Don't be afraid for going to the interview. The staff is very friendly, and you may have 100% success for being employed, if position is available."

"Don't do it."

"I was lied about, stabbed in the back, lied to, it had the politics of a elementary school."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Ken Jones should no longer practice as a structural engineer. Paul Fleming should learn not to put out a job until he has run sufficient seismic numbers. He should NEVER attempt to do any post-tensioning jobs."
