"The folks there were so flexible in working with you and so organized in getting you settled in an started in on the training."

"The only thing I didn't like is the commute to the office largely becuase of the road construction being done at the time."

"Change your reporting structure and allow engineers to review the projects that he might be selected for. It may not always work out."
