"Ask for success metrics of your predecessor and what to do if those metrics change."
What don't you like about working at Zumbox?
"Too much turnover on the sales side - industry issues and channel conflicts undermined sales efforts. Good thing happened though - channel sales became THE sales group so there weren't multiple divisions chasing the same client."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communication please - people found out things through on official communication"
