"The work requires problem solving skills and analysis to apply job guidelines to work required."

"I worked the evening shift which was a less formal work place. However the hours did not help my home life."

"They needed more coordination between departments to eliminate creating problems and making the job more difficult."

"no training, lack of system, chaotic, unstable. tough market and customers"

"stick to the system, reduce chaos, too many managres and directors"

"If you are power engineer, First Energy is a great place to work. This applies to both experienced and new graduates."

"The company is a great company. It is currently the largest energy company in the US. There is nothing I would say I don't like about First Energy."

"The Management is great. There are a lot of training opportunities both internal and external. I just ask that they continue the good work."

"The owner cares for everyone like we are his family. The work environment is made to be flexible whenever possible to suit your personal situation. The people are the best I have ever worked with in mt 26 years as an engineer"

"Trust Mike McHenry. He will always treat you right and tell you the truth. Ask any questions. At first it appeared too good to be true but after 5 + years I know that there is no catch Its all good."

"The contract I am working on is over in 1 month. There is actually nothing bad that I can say about the company or its managers."

"Find us a new contract. I have been working on a contract with Amtrak for 5 years and we are close to getting others that will allow me to continue doing the work I love"

"Read up on the term 'Insourcing', many companies have tried to send their work overseas only to spend more money years later when they had no choice but to bring the jobs back to the United States of America where quality is job one!"
