"When you are interviewing, ask as many questions as possible. What are the business hours Does this company have a high turnover rate What does it take to get promoted What type of training do you offer"

"I dislike the hours (7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. M-F), lack of social life, 24-hour on-call, and horrible salary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The corporate office and regional managers need to communicate with each other. Branch managers need to be screened better. Increase the salary and commission structure so managers aren't forced to be shady!"

"No. The organization has grown and developed in many areas, I'm told, plus new management. Still can't say exactly how things have changed for the better."

"Take care of your people and recognize their value in success of your organization. More importantly reward them accordingly. Resist the temptation to take advantage of their loyalty and commitment to the vision"

"The HR/Recruiting Department was a very hard working team. We worked well together and learned from eachother. It was a very fast paced and enjoyable environment."

"I didn't have any complaints about working for this company, however, I can say I am disappointed that the company is no longer in business and therefore I was laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management refused me a quarterly bonus one term because my hiring ratio was 1 out 3. The goal to receive bonus was a hiring ratio of 1 out of 4. My hiring ratio was a better score but because it wasn't 1 out of 4, I was denied the bonus. I was disappointed that I exceed the goal set forth and management penalized me."
