"The decisions they make are inconsistent with what they preach."
What do you like about working at Primera Engineers?
"This is a wonderful company and I have the highest respect for them. I loved the environment and the opportunities. The onlky reason I left was due to a relocation after my divorce."

"Be a hard worker, take advantage of the extras this company has to offer."
What don't you like about working at Primera Engineers?
"Absolutely nothing. As I've said this is a wonderful respectful company."

"Again, they ran a wonderful company and were constantly improving their communications, processes and staff involvement."

What do you like about working at Kraft Foods?
"Kraft headquarters is an awesome facility. I liked learning a different aspect of project accounting which was facility management."
What don't you like about working at Kraft Foods?
"Being a contractor at Kraft and an employer to Grubb & Ellis made pleasing both sides difficult as communication between upper management seemed to constantly involve a power struggle of some sort."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create better lines of communication between upper management of both companies and hold monthly meetings with mid-management staff."

"Not much opportunity for advancement unless I relocated to Detroit where the company is based out of."

"Taught me alot about the industry. Great people to work for."

"No room for growth. This is a job that someone shouldn't stay at for more than 2-3 years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was great. Great teamwork, great bosses, even the President was very personable. The only suggestion is to have stepping stones for growth."
