"have a plan and see if it fits your plan. it can be a place to earn a decent living for years while planning for longer term"

"pass for a managing position twice, and a transfer request to higher deposit branch twice."

"my direct manager was great, excellent people and motivational skills. However corporate may not empower them much in promoting to an associate to management."
