"Everyone in management has their own agenda and will gladly step on you to get up to the next rung. People talk behind backs and then praise you to your face. Ask the moon and stars and don't mention a thank you even IF you can deliver."

"I would fire the people that are contributing to the hostile environment and actually listen to the people down in the trenches because so much of what they say and do has a direct effect on the bottom line and they deserve to be respected and listened to."
