"Make sure your values line up with those clearly stated by the organization. And be willing to remain at the same level in the organization regardless of your experience, skills and accomplishments."
What don't you like about working at RBC Ministries?
"There are almost no opportunities for advancement. Same folks in the same leadership positions for decades."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Build more opportunities for advancement into the organization, especially in the marketing department."
What do you like about working at Rite Aid?
"Fixing a broken company that was on the ropes. It had promise at the time but management missed their opportunity 10 years ago."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run, it is a matter of time. Their equity is getting more and more negative. They will never dig out of the hole they have created."
What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?
"The leadership thinks they can account themselves to success. You have to have a plan going forward. Accounting is just the measurement of the past."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on building customer service. The employees all knew service was bad, but the executive level needs to get off their high horse and do some research themselves."
