"This company just bought the location that I am working at. So far they have come in and made a difference letting us know they have high expectations for their employees, but are looking for the type of people that want to not only stay with the company but also move up and succeed. So far this company has come in strong and I'm excited to see where they go."
"I have worked for SLC for almsot 3 years. Everytime a new Executive Director comes in they seem to blame the previous person for all of the faults of the building. There are serious HR issues that have not been addressed by corporate. There is a serious lack of training for line and management staff. I love what I do, but much of what was promised at hire never happened."
