"As a BI and Solution Architect for IADB I was performing a key role in the US /DC and BR of the environment to the execution projects (IADB Yearly portfolio – average of 154 projects –with total of 2 billion US$). I was a member of a delivery team, supporting both new development/project and production support, as the highest-level technology domain expert. I was responsible for the assessment of business requirements; collection and identification of technical specifications; and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require development to be viable (i.e., business applications, LOB applications, work flow systems, purchased applications, developed applications, applications integration with include Data Warehouse/Data marts, BI Solutions, Reporting, Data Governance, Master Data Management and Information Architecture). I was envision and create solutions that meet business requirements; model the pieces of an infrastructure and their points of integration; prove the feasibility of a design; guide a solution through to its completion; and ultimately can be implemented and supported in production"
"I have enjoyed the spontaneity of the position and projects being served. The owner is a solid business and technical personality who knows a great deal and believes in strong customer service. I think if our profiles were more in line with one another I would work there much longer. However I am only PT and really need something more FT in my field."

"Please be honest and state what you can and cannot do clearly. Small businesses are strict and you need to state your weaknesses up front in order for the project to be successful."
What don't you like about working at Family Life Center Foundation?
"Very little room for growth in a small company. Difficult to accomplish tasks to a greater degree due to lack of resources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improve the resources available to the employees in order to improve the bottom line."

"Freedom of choice. I selected myself how much I wanted to work"

"Yes. Focus on how easy it would be for Webstep to sell you into contracts. Focus on being a generalist."

"Actually I enjoyed working here a lot, but when an opportunity to become a found came in front of me I jumped at that chance"

"Keep the IT personell loaded with the latest gadgets at all times. Easiest way to keep them happy"

"It's happy working company - though it's tough on Timeliness, Timing of the office visit is very supportive."

"RAD approach in DW&BI was not quite meeting the purpose of new approach."

"Timeliness of the new project need to be discussed with team members earlier than expected."
