"It's very fast and loose, and I like my boss."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be friendly and approachable; professionalism is a must, but above all else: be a good guy to hang around with."

What don't you like about working at Game Stop?

"GameStop management practice tends to promote competent workers away from the customer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Adjust your information systems to allow for easier store management. You must realize that no one has time to complete their goals without working overtime, yet they are forbidden to work overtime. It's impossible for a store be effectively run while staying completely within company practices, therefore company practices must be re-evaluated."

"Was great seeing what video games were coming out."

What don't you like about working at Game Stop?

"Although the GameStop was very close to my passion, it wasn't doing what I wanted."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, Brett Brayman (store Manger) was awesome, and he runs his store very well."
