What do you like about working at VCE?
"I was given the group I would be supporting and let go to recruit as they needed. I was totally responsible for my reqs and given the tools I needed to fill all the positions."

"Be outgoing and willing to go the extra mile. Over achievers are what they want on their team."

"Not enough openings. After I'd filled all my openings they didn't have enough headcount to keep me on contract."
