"I don't like the travel requirement to China frequently. I also have difficulty managing other functional groups during projects."

"Help develop your employees and conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys. Keep good communication with employees and create a culture that all employees can be proud of."

"Higher management cared only for money and results. Tell them anything, just get the money. Do anything, just find their soft spot and get the sale."

"Don't high pressure, tell them the truth, ask hard honest questions and listen to their answer. They will lead you if they think they can trust you. Closing is much easier if you get them excited."

"Traveling all around to business to business trying to sell an analysis to come into their business practice so that they can conduct an x-ray snapshot of their business operations."

"Unless you need the money don't apply. It was my mistake investing so much of my time and not get anything out of it."
