"There was an odd pressure because Red Prairie bought us out and we never knew if they would keep us on or not."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more clear and open with the team so that the climate would be better."

"The IT section of ElI Lilly is not the best place if you want to be spot on the latest technologies. It offers good opportunities if you know the technology right when they need it; If you wish to nest in one place and don't really mind about acquiring new knowledge if not once or twice a year; career opportunities are simply insufficient, at least in the IT sector. On the other hand, it offers quite good job security."

What do you like about working at Eli Lilly and Co.?

"My colleagues."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dress up sharply, never look like you have no idea what they are talking about (most of the times they do not know either), act like what you have always wanted was to work for them."

What don't you like about working at Eli Lilly and Co.?

"The fact that a good idea needs to be estimated 400K times and by the time it is approved, there is no more need for it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look around you ! There are tons of ways of working out to reach your goal: you do not have to reinvent the wheel every time!"

"The knowledge I gained over the years and recognition as the go to individual for projects-programs and/or customer historicity reporting information."

"The company is non-matrix environment and looks to anyone that can provide solutions across departments. Self starters and self promoters would be well recognized."

What don't you like about working at Fujitsu?

"No current Senior Management vision on how to further advance Glovia recognition in the ERP market place to improve sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If current management is living off of license revenue and no further (adequate at best) sales are occurring then the sales model has to change or the management has to change."
