"Low project incentive and bonus, no fixed appraisal amount, 2 working Saturdays per month and accessing personal e-mails not allowed."

"The company culture and mid-level management leave much to be directed. There is a self-perpetuating every-man-for-himself culture that ignores the value of teamwork, morale, and training to attract and retain talent."

"Management absolutely needs to improve the standards they put on themselves with regards to fostering a collaborate, positive working environment, and take off the blinders with regards to the terrible morale and culture that exists at the junior levels."

"I would say that they should trust their employees because the employees work really hard to do a good job."

"Compensation is above the average for the area. The company is growing and there are some advancement opportunities."

"Depending on the manager you are interviewing with you might not get the job simply because of a mannerism that you have. There is no consistency at all in the interview process."

"I hope you really enjoy working 60-100 hours a week because that is what you will be doing. Also there will be constant pressure from management to 'shape the business through creative accounting.' Management compensation is very outsized compared to staff level compensation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My first suggestion would be for them to realize that if you work to make the job better you will retain more quality employees. In the past year my team has had 100% turnover as a result of the long hours and pressure from management. My second suggestion would be for management to be more willing to give teams the tools they need to succeed."

"Everyday was a challenge. Just to know you were not going to be fired and your job moved to Mexico."

"Plan on being overworked and underpaid. But people are realistic."
What don't you like about working at Sundance Spas?
"No one wanted to face the problems. They would just hire another VP that postponed any decision until they were trained, then, fire and start the blame game all over again. That graph doesn't look pretty, (i.e. No the data says you are losing money on this product), change the red to pink so it is not so noticeable."

"Stop the Branding of products. It is old and not profitable. Give the customer what they want even if the name is not popular. If it is a good product it sells without any advertising or name being famous."

"nothing. The company is solely based on the executives need to hit their numbers for their bonus. They lack teamwork or anything form of clear communication among departments."

"Please do not waste your sanity or time interviewing here."

"The company morale is down the tubes. No one is working towards a team effort. Management plays blame games and has no accountability in anything."

"Fix the books. Learn how to effectively train managers. Create a procedures rather than ten different ways to do one thing."
