"I like the flexible schedule. I work from home on Fridays. That's great. I like being able to come in at 7 and leave at 4. My work schedule is my own."

"Anyone joinnig SEI has to have a lot of patience and has to be flexible."
What don't you like about working at SEI Investments?
"There is a lack of management leadership. Too many people have too many different directions. There's no accountability on employees. They don't measure productivity or results. Any given department probably can't tell if they're successful or not because they don't measure anything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To set corporate wide priorities and hold all managers accountable to move toward common goals. And to enforce cooperation across management levels."

"The manager I had a great handle on our operation."

"It will take time to get use to SEI, not your typical corporation, must be willing to meet continued change."

"Continued changes of it's internal structure can be a distraction to staff, but always seems to better the company"

"Create a cross training process for qualified employees, SEI has diversified to many new products, work to enhance staff to retain quality individuals."
