The CEO is an amazing person and tries to do what is best for all of his employees. It is a great place to get your foot in the door and become familiar with the tech, security, and compliance industry. While SecurityMetrics hires a lot internally, it does become difficult to experience growth once a person has reached a certain level."

"Be prepared to things in new and creative ways. The old rules of marketing are well mixed with new age ideas. Be open to trying new things"

What don't you like about working at SecurityMetrics?

"No foreseeable future personal growth. I report directly to the VP of marketing. The industry I work in is loosing its luster, I'm ready for a change."

"Better clarity in company strategy and vision. SecurityMetrics has a tough time defining their niche in the market."

"The disorganization of the office. The abundant nepotism. The lack of quality control."
