SecureAuth Employee

"SecureAuth was an excellent company to work for up until K1 stepped in and basically purged the staff over the course of two years. I watched the talent leave enmasse and sales plummet. Management put stop-gap measures to reduce the outflow of talent which did little in the way of achieving that goal. Then management thought it was a publicity issue and demanded the entire staff leave positive reviews on many of the business social media platforms. When this resulted in more nothing, they finally caved and started hiring, abroad. That is correct, an American company outsourcing their application programming and security teams to Argentina. No surprise there, what really flies in the face of the employees is the cost cutting toxic culture that flourishes in SecureAuth under K1. As it stands, the company only justifies its existence to the fact that its few remaining customers keep the lights on. Otherwise prepare to be used and abused. In the past before K1 bought in, this was an amazing place to work and the culture and enthusiasm of the team before the investors started meddling with the culture. Once the honeymoon was over things quickly became terrible and customers have taken note. As they continue to limp along giving a carrot on a stick approach to software patching and updates to their customers, I fully expect this organization to simply vanish out of existence as SecureAuth's relevance to IT solutions evaporates in a quickly changing market."

"Great company with competitive compensation. Roles are a bit fixed, so prepare to do the same thing for as long as you are there."
