"I have worked for Seco Tools for over 18 years. Seco was bought out by Sandvik AB last year. We are currently lacking direction with our SR. management team. The employees are getting frustrated with the current management team and their requirements. Seco has almost doubled their sales since 2009 and want to now double again by 2018. This will be very hard to achieve without adding more internal and external support."
