"Some good staff members but shamefully poor leadership across the board. National leadership are bullies who create a culture of intimidation and don't know the meaning of exceptional leadership. Very much a hierarchy where employees are not valued and your opinion does not matter. If you try to voice an opinion or idea expect to be shut down either forcefully or covertly by being ignored with passive aggressive tactics. Lots of backstabbing and gossip. They only promote yes men and yes women. All of the truly talented people with opinions are either fired or they quit because they are micromanaged to the bone within a toxic, abusive workplace environment. Unrealistic workload, outdated sluggish technology that adds several hours to the day charting, going the extra mile daily only to have it go unnoticed ad nauseam, while fault finding management always looking over your shoulder to the point where it feels downright shady. Read the reviews here and on other sites. Take note of likes and dislikes. Note the obvious generic written-by-management tone of the good reviews. Proceed with caution."
