"During my logistics supervisory days, the managers would push and push and push more and more orders, stressing me out. No assistant was hired, and crew members were pushed excessively just to try and meet corporate numbers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to impress headquarters and realize that your team is made up of human beings."
