"I began working with SRI on a contract commission based recruiter position. SRI is a boutique agency that specializes in 3PL and Supply Chain Executive Placement for the last 25 years. The Managing Partner prefers to market and canvass candidates in the same way since the 90's but we know technology has changed all that. I felt like I was getting great advice and knowledge of the industry from years of candidate experience and client experience with SRI but felt like I was not utilizing everything I could with job boards, technology and learning the applicant tracking system that is now in demand in recruiting."
