"Great compensation. Communication could be better. Jira tasks involved ongoing changes to scope making it challenging to deliver tasks in the estimated time. Ui mockups did a great job of capturing design but did not identify behavior. Behavior of ui was identified through demos prior to sprint close."

"I've worked for Seamgen for a short time and have been extremely disappointed and let down by the company's management team. They flat out lie 99% of the day. Due to their lack of management and planning abilities, I worked every weekend for 2 and a half months in a row. My entire summer gone, while management works from home 3 days a week and couldn't care less about the project. When asked about the project, management will lie. They really don't care about you. Ask about the turnover rate."
