"Seagrave is a great company to work in. There is a lot of scope for improvement and I was lucky to be part of some game-changing improvement projects. I directly reported to the supervisor of continuous improvement and together we were able to solve many problems and increased efficiency of processes. All the people are easy to work with and the Co-op culture is great."
