San Diego Blood Bank Employee

"I've worked here for almost 5 years now, and this place is going downhill fast. No room for advancement unless they (management) like you. They don't let anyone know about new open positions, and when we do find out it's because they send an email saying congratulations to our fave. The pay is a slap in the face especially for the people who have been here longer, 15 plus years and they make 2-3 dollars more than new hires. I suggest looking elsewhere for a job. :)"
