Scottsdale Healthcare Employee

"A coworker recently was pushed to resign who had more than 20 yrs with the company. In good health, he was well liked by all. Lots of experience and many years of good reviews. However older workers are being pushed out of the departments, as low wages seem to be valued over experience. This kind gentlemen was harassed with petty write-ups until the harassment forced him to resign. I might choose not care but it's happened to several other older workers at top wages. A smart nice guy was pushed out for no reason. What kind of employer are these people?"
