"Great management, brilliant scientists and engineers, work-from-home for all design work, typical 32 hour week, profit sharing based VEP for compensation, live where you want, work online via email and Doc. Mgt. systems. Never have to worry about personality conflicts."

"Be the best, know that this is a serious scientific firm and respects studies, not opinions, so leave your HR baggage at the door. Those who are hearing/speech disabled will find this a very open and welcoming firm, since the CEO is himself."

"Spread the word. SciEssence Management is the best in the world, hence its growth during the recession, the loyalty of staff and the desire for others to join just from word of mouth."
