"My experience with SG was, for the most part, favorable. The main drawback of the group I was in was the outdated technology (Windows 7 and Visual Studio 2005) while doing maintenance work. There was a lack of documentation and requirements were sketchy. There were long periods with little to do and deadlines suddenly coming up. There was very little automated or regression testing."
