"I have worked at Science 37 for almost 3 years, seeing the transformation from a company of under 100 to one that had reached over 250. During my time of Science 37, I have witnessed and worked through the wins and the growing pains of a start-up company. The company continues to grow and become more corporate, becoming more fiscally stable. However, with that growth, there has been a change to the culture of the company, becoming more focused on the business than the development of the personnel."
