What don't you like about working at SCHOTT Solar?

"Well, my manager for one, I don't like the lack of teambuilding, nor do I like the the favoritism among managers on who gets professional development training, and other outside training. I also think the President and COO is pretty disconnected from the company, he always sits in his office and never interacts with the people who make the company run"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all of them and rehire with a new group paying close attention to personality traits"

"It was aonce in a life time challenge to build a new production plant in the US and to develop a great team to get the daily work done."

"Under the curent management avoid this company. It's bitter to say this after working for this company for almost 16 years now."

What don't you like about working at SCHOTT Solar?

"No perspective after this exhausting project and a lot of internal political fights about power. No cross functional management team (US versus German)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Respect the employees and what they have realised under these frontier conditions in this short time. More intercultural tolerance and have some team building events to focus everybody on the same goals."
