"I worked for the School District of the Chathams from 2009 - 2013. Overall, I believe that the majority of people working in this school district are dedicated and strong educators. Most of the administrators are genuinely there to help you, however there was a level of politics involved. Most decisions were made with students' best interests in mind, however there were a number of decisions made to appease parent issues, rather than to provide the best possible solution for all parties."
