"I've worked at School Aids since July of 2001. In that time I have greatly improved the level of technology used in the company, but the funding for newer equipment and software is very small. The people I work for are very nice but are very reluctant to spend money on anything except stock for the store. I personally haven't had a raise since February of 2007 despite writing their eCommerce site from scratch as well as the dashboard applications their employees use on a daily basis."
