There is a class system between the perms and the contractors. The company has zero money to spend on anything, the physical plant is totally heinous. Its a civil-war era brick building full of mold, asbestos and who knows what else. The management team doesn't care about anyone and they are outsourcing everything."

And as you get farther from release date, there becomes less and less work to do, teams get merged and then there is nothing to do."
