"Negotiate well on accepting the position: ask for either better salary, educational opportunities, or better vacation time. It can get pretty stressful at times."

"The atmosphere was resistant and lax. People did not want to learn new things and when they were forced to do so, they tailored the new things more like the old."

"Schneider Electric has more revenue from the Power and Building Automation business than from the Industrial Automation business. That has led to more of a Product sales mindset than a complete solution sales."

"There should be a more equitable balance between the Product sales approach and the Solution sales approach."
