"Learn lot of standards (automotive industry). Learn lots of protocols for manufacturing and quality. Good place to learn big company environment."

"If you want to learn about automotive industry this place can teach you a lot. Currently it's in bad shape but hopefully it'll be OK going forward!"

"Interviews are generally not handled well. Ask to speak to a cross-functional group and peers, otherwise you will not get to do so."

"Nepotistic hiring and promotion style. Hindered by competence gaps in some layers of the organization."

"Hire and promote based on competency and accomplishment, not based on how well-liked employees are."

"The people are really great. There is a lot of work to be done. I love to be busy and have a stack of stuff to do."

"They lay off people without thinking about how that job function will be done and end up throwing it at somebody who is already overloaded. They don't think before they act."

"Pay more attention to what is going on in the business to prevent complications from occurring. See all sides before you make major changes."
