"I worked at Schneider for 7 years and saw a lot of corporate changes within the last couple of years of my employment. Overall, this is the place that I taught myself how to be a successful energy engineer from simply being a college graduate. The engineering team was extremely knowledgeable and effective, but the poor corporate culture of the sales force and management teams drove many of "us" away."
