"I worked for Scene75 entertainment for over 5 years. I was a top producer all 5 years I worked for them. I’ve seen a lot of change over those years. I went through 8 managers in 5 years so employee retention is not a priority to them. The company core values are amazing but they are not followed by upper management. Unfortunately you can not go to upper management with legitimate concerns out of fear of losing your job or being silenced. They put unqualified people in upper management positions without any feedback or development plans. They do not give annual reviews or raises. It’s very hard to work for a company without any coaching or feedback. The owners are amazing people but unfortunately upper management does not bring any concerns to their attention. I loved my job but upper management made it easy to leave."
"The environment is awesome, but the compensation is just not up to par. The isn't much room for growth. The company does not promote from within which is a huge turn-off. The company's core values should be followed by management more. They definitely need more workers because being short-staffed is a real issue worker deal with daily."
