"Scardello & Associates opened the door to gain a lot of valuable experience."

What do you like about working at Scardello & Associates?

"I really enjoyed working for Scardello & Associates. I had a constant exposure to many of the latest and most popular trends in Internet Marketing. I gained a tremendous amount of experience in a rather short amount of time. I was surrounded by excellent mentors. The management was very friendly, and had the ability to encourage and make the most of people's strengths."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"In the Interview, be completely honest with management about your capabilities. Do not over-sell yourself. Management will be very good at observing and capitalizing on your strengths, if they have an accurate perspective of what you can do."

What don't you like about working at Scardello & Associates?

"To be honest, I felt as though the positives in this company outweighed the negatives by about 5 to 1. However, I thought that some of the strategic decisions made by key people in this company were not very well thought-out. Sometimes I thought that the Marketing team would be too quick to make unrealistic promises to the client. I have always been taught that in business, it is much better to over-deliver than it is to over-promise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I always admired how everyone in this company was up to speed on the latest website and marketing trends. However, I would advise that more attention be given to the client's actual needs instead of trying to impress the client with the latest bells and whistles."
