"I have been working in ScaleFactor, Inc for the past one year. The overall experience has been pretty good. I work mainly as a full stack developer, but get pulled into some UX work if required, since I have experience with UX design and Research. The company culture is pretty good, with the managers and supervisors who are open to hear you out if you have any idea for improvements of the product. The one downside is , the priorities of the product keep on changing and there has to be a lot of rework done on the parts of the product you recently made changed on. It is not a 9-5 job, and you will be required to get your task completed at any cost within the deadline."

"I have worked for ScaleFactor for nearly a year and have been the leader of the machine learning project that automatically classifies bank transactions, which is our number one, core product. Being able to incorporate this ML into seamless UI with a great team has been a fun ride. It is an overall great experience."
