"Don't interview...... unless you need to feed your family, then if you get the job, keep searching for a better one!"

"Management was poor at looking forward (this was in the training dept). They had little ability to see tomorrow let alone next week or next month."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire someone that knows how to manage instead of just putting the guy that has been there the longest. Here is a hint, the guy that just want to do one thing and nothing else can not be expected to watch others do that and help them succeed."
