"I have worked with Save a Lot since 2017 in a leadership capacity. Wonderful people and serving for an organization where we serve the underserved. Based out of Missouri, extending into over 1300 locations with promotion and succession planning available. Work ethic and attitude are considered and widely recognized as continued growth and development. Home office takes training seriously and extends into the field and stores."

"I worked for Save A Lot for 7 months and in that time there was high employment turnover as well as an overworked staff. They have changed there corporate model to become more of a wholesale entity so things may have worked out well for them since that move."

"I had worked at this company for almost 4 years. I can say without a doubt that it is the worst employer I have ever worked for. The pay is mediocre at best, both part-time and full-time. Incompetent department managers and disrespectful management in general. Employees are not treated equally there. There is favoritism in the company. Management goes back on their words about what work schedule you work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy."

"I have been employed by Save-a-Lot for about 3 months. The store is a decent grocery store that focuses on offering low price off-brand foods to the customers. The deals are good and usually better than the larger companies. However, the location is often not clean enough, in disrepair in certain areas and does not have a working produce cooler. When I hear my customers tell me that the produce is nasty due to flies it affects me too much."
