"Transitioning from a private company to a public corporation, there are a lot of growing pains. At the same time, we still have a lot of freedom to mold how we want to do things. We have ample business, which affords us a lot of opportunity, both engineering and not. The company treats us well. Little things like holiday giftcards and picnics show that they really appreciate us. Most people, up through the CEO are personable."
