"I have worked for Sargent and lundy for a little over a year, I would say the company is overall a friendly place. I liked the introduction weeks of being a new hire with learning about all the groups and departments and seeing the future opportunities in my position. The con I had experienced with this company was the lack of work, it would be very inconsistent and workload distribution seemed to be very unprofessional as nothing seemed to plan it was more of just winging it and trying to keep people busy."

"I've worked for Sargent & Lundy since January 2019. Since working, I have found a stable environment where project managers are supportive and co-workers communicate with each other efficiently and effectively. Although some of the projects have been very challenging and require overtime work, I have felt that I have the appropriate resources to complete the tasks assigned to me."
"A good place to work, good benefits, and compensation."
"Work at Sargent & Lundy (S&L) fluctuates with the political and markets. If everything is good going in the economy (Oil, Power) than you'll have work. The second that changes, half the company ends up unemployed. Learn to be treated like a second hand tissue, you'll be tossed quickly. I am currently employed with S&L for the last 6 years. I have seen good people leave due to the way management treats it's underlings."
