"Worst place I've worked for in my 15 years of being on the work force. Owner is a liar and abusive. No MRP system, you are requested to schedule production with a clip board and piece of paper. Always out of stock on components, and machinery is falling apart. Worst of all owner will not invest to repair or improve his process, hence the pen and paper system to track and schedule jobs. Stay away, turnover is extremely high, you are at risk of being unemployed in a very short period of time. This review is being posted as a warning, please look for another company to work for. If you have doubts of this review ask customer service about hammer time."
